FEBRUARY OFFER: £10 discount off all new patient consultations with Glen Wyatt.
Chiropractic is a regulated primary healthcare profession. Our Associate Chiropractor Glen is trained to diagnose, treat, manage and prevent disorders of your musculoskeletal system (bones, joints, and muscles), as well as the effects these disorders can have on your nervous system and general health. Chiropractors are best known for their specialist interest in treating neck and back pain and are trained to treat problems throughout the entire body.
Our patients consult us for a range of conditions which include:
Lower back pain including sciatica
Neck pain
Cervicogenic headaches (arising from the neck) and migraine prevention
Generalised aches and pains
Joint pains
Elbow pains and tennis elbow
Ankle sprain
Rotator cuff injuries and soft tissue conditions of the shoulder
Minor sports injuries and tensions
Muscle spasms/cramp
Tension and inability to relax
Plantar fasciitis
Chiropractors are trained to diagnose and treat you without the need for a referral from another practitioner (such as your GP).
What to expect at a session:
At your initial chiropractic consultation, your chiropractor will ask you to explain how your pain began, and what it means to you to make sure we understand the impact your pain has been having on your life. You’ll be able to talk through any historic elements that you think may have had an impact on the current problem. This will help your chiropractor to create a treatment plan suited for you and ensure that you achieve the goals you want from care.
Our Chiropractors understand what pain and problems you can encounter as a result of day to day stress or injuries. As part of your treatment programme, your chiropractor will work to help restore your normal function and relieve pain. In doing so, chiropractic care can help relieve the pain and discomfort that arises from injury, stress, poor posture, lack of exercise and every day strains! Your treatment programme may include manual therapy (adjustments of your spine and joints), soft tissue work, acupuncture, exercises and other techniques. Our treatment plans include self-help advice, and personalised exercise programmes.
Care is suitable for all ages- from the very young to the very old!
Whilst you might come to see us for lower back and neck pain, you can also see us for help with a range of other problems related to the muscles, joints and nerves in any part of your body. Your chiropractor will take your entire physical and psychological wellbeing into account as this can have an impact on your pain and response to care. Remember, chiropractors don’t just relieve pain- we help you take control of it.
Health Coaching
Coaching is recognised as an extremely effective, unique and dynamic discipline that helps you achieve the goals that will bring you happiness, success and fulfilment. By focusing on challenges that may be holding you back, coaches are able to help you clarify goals and break down behaviours or negative thought patterns that may be hindering your progress. This helps you to develop your self-awareness, identify and overcome any obstacles, plan and prepare for your future - helping you to take steps towards the life you want!
People work with coaches for any number of reasons.
- To feel more empowered to manage a long term health condition.
- To learn how to set a better work-life balance and have more quality time with your family.
- Learn how to manage stress and minimise the impact it has on your life.
- To learn how to deal with difficult people or situations in a more constructive manner
.
- To kick a bad habit (like smoking) or start a healthy new one (like regular exercise!)
Coaching is a highly personalised, interactive process between you and your coach. You will come away feeling empowered, with new skills and knowledge to help you on your path to fulfilment.

Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is a multifaceted discipline skillfully practised by professionals like Sarah, who brings a unique blend of aromatherapy and sports massage techniques to her clients. With a compassionate approach, Sarah extends her expertise to care homes across the country, specialising in providing holistic treatments tailored to the needs of residents, particularly those in assisted living and living with dementia.
At the heart of Sarah's practice is aromatherapy, where she harnesses the power of essential oils to promote a profound sense of well-being and relaxation. Through carefully crafted blends, she not only reduces agitation but also taps into the olfactory senses to evoke cherished memories. Witnessing the transformation from restlessness and confusion to a serene state of mind among dementia clients underscores the therapeutic efficacy of her treatments.
The gentle touch coupled with the soothing aroma of essential oils creates a calming sensation, while simultaneously addressing issues like swelling and fatigue. Sarah's adept use of aromatherapy extends beyond relaxation, offering relief from skin conditions and fostering healing.
Complementing her expertise in aromatherapy, Sarah holds a qualification in Level 3 Sports Massage (ITEC), enabling her to assist clients dealing with various musculoskeletal issues, whether stemming from repetitive use, sports injuries, or chronic conditions. Her hands-on approach facilitates gentle movement and alleviates stiffness in joints and muscles. Moreover, sports massage proves instrumental in rehabilitating injuries and addressing ongoing problems related to posture, joint stiffness, and muscle weakness.
Sarah seamlessly integrates aromatherapy with sports massage, synergising their benefits to provide clients with comprehensive relief from pain and discomfort. By combining these modalities, she not only enhances the therapeutic outcomes but also ensures a holistic approach to healing. Whether as a standalone treatment or in conjunction with physiotherapy, Sarah's tailored interventions pave the way for improved mobility, enhanced well-being, and a higher quality of life for her clients.
